First vintaged in 1964, Penfolds Bin 707 is a defining example of the Penfolds House Style, combining intensely flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon with maturation in new oak. The 2022 vintage makes an immediate impression with aromas of black olive, graphite and tapenade, followed by layers of choc-mint, Asian spice, sage and bay leaf, with ironstone and dark floral notes adding depth. The palate is powerful yet supple, with fine, ripe tannins creating a long, polished structure around red and black berries, savoury flavours and a hint of white chocolate. The Cabernet Sauvignon grape varietal is widely planted across South Australia's premium wine regions, particularly in the Limestone Coast where grapes with tremendous structure and beautiful aromatics are found. Well-regarded since its launch in 2002, the Koonunga Hill Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the merits of multi-regional blending to Penfolds 'House Style'. A bold, full bodied wine displaying lovely aromatics, excellent structure, and great length.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process. The resulting wine is rich and concentrated with aromas of ripe dark berry fruits, blackcurrants and plums with mint and varietal leafy notes. The palate is plush with flavours balanced by fine, textural tannins.

This Cabernet Shiraz brings together two of Australia's biggest wine regions, Coonawara and Barossa Valley, to create a perfectly blended wine that is seamless, deep and complex. The bouquet of dark forest fruits such as plum, blueberry and cassis lead into a beautifully complex palate of blackcurrent, sweet plum and chalky tannins. There is a underlying savoury oak hint and a finish of lingering dark chocolate.
