The prime objective of Cecilia Beretta estate is to recapture the force and personality of the traditional wines of the Valpolicella and Soave areas, which are the precious products of zones with distinctive - and indeed unique - histories and wine cultures. This Soave is obtained only from vineyards of Brognoligo at the heart of Soave Classica.

The colour is a deep straw yellow with greenish highlights. The bouquet is reminiscent of the scent of exotic fruits, ripe pears, hawthorn flowers and acacia honey. Pleasantly enveloping in the mouth, smooth and sweet with acidity that lends freshness and flavour to the aftertaste.
