This non-vintage Champagne Brut Rosé marks the fourth wine released in Penfolds collaboration series with Champagne House Thiénot. In 2019, Penfolds re-ignited their love affair with France, a special place for Penfolds, and announced their inaugural Champagne partnership with Thiénot. With Penfolds first Champagne Brut Rosé release, they celebrate the shared mutual style and quality ambitions between Thiénot chef de cave Nicholas Uriel and Penfolds Chief Winemaker Peter Gago. This Champagne is inviting, exotic. Balanced, with an overt freshness - crispness up-front, and a delicate dosage imprint on finish. Relaxed acidity, friendly effervescence. Subtle mandarin and raspberry fruits impact immediately - over a flavour base of strawberry with pepper / Turkish Delight with pistachio. Stylistically light on its feet and sprightly... its 'Champagne character' teasingly revealed upon sitting. Impatience? A second glass immediately beckons.

Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is a melting pot of aromas and flavours - a wonderfully rounded, generous champagne whose joie de vivre makes every moment more special. A silvery gold colour, Grand Brut is a refined and balanced cuvée revealing the floral nuances of Chardonnay. Cuvée Brut is an emblematic multi-vintage champagne, elaborated from a blend of more than 100 crus sourced from 3 grape varieties of Champagne. Finally, several wines from the north of the Vesle valley give a light, fresh touch. A perfect champagne for aperitifs, particularly in spring and summer. It is an excellent complement to seafood and shellfish; perfect with a sea bass or bream tartare. Packaged in the Ruinart 'second skin' - a 100% paper case, moulded to the shape of bottle, protecting the wine from light strike, reducing their carbon foot print by 60%.
