Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks and is then finished in German Pinot Noir red wine casks. Expect the addition of cherries and ginger spice to their classic sweet, smooth and fruity house style. In the glass, a golden rosewood colour. Aromas of Turkish delight, caramelised peaches and Seville orange greet the nose. On the palate notes of vanilla, ginger, figs and cherries.

Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain.
