The Chablis Vineyards found in the northernmost region of Burgundy, are located in a dramatic circle of hills where vines have been planted for hundreds of years. One of the first Burgundy propriétaires, Robert Drouhin recognised the potential of this region and set about revitalising the area. This wine is both dry and fruity, and easy to drink. Its colour is pale gold with greenish hues. The very fresh aromas are reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit, with small pleasant touches of fern or coriander. On the palate, its dry and fruity, with mineral notes and a pleasant and long aftertaste.
