The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. The addition of fruit from their Bendigo vineyard has lends a powerful, darker edge. Roaring Meg Pinot Noir features red, blue and black berry fruit aromatics. The palate is harmonious with rich dark berries and a savoury line underneath. A hint of spice and dried thyme complement the succulent fruit. Fine silky tannins frame the wine with a great flow and finish.

Produced from Central Otago fruit this is a wine with spicy red fruits on the nose. Medium bodied with red cherry and currant notes on the palate. Enjoy with all manner of duck dishes.

Patriarche Père & Fils is one of Burgundy's oldest and most respected houses with over 240 years of winemaking tradition. This Pinot Noir is vinified using traditional Burgundian methods, with 15 days of vatting and stainless steel aging to preserve its bright, fruit-driven profile. In the glass, it reveals an intense red colour with purple reflections, opening to a bouquet of fresh red berries - strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant - and a delicate hint of spice and vanilla. Upon release the wine is bright ruby in colour. There is a teasing array of vibrant red fruit on the nose including raspberry, pomegranate, cherry and plum. Spice and herbal notes, as well as a savoury underlay, add to the wine's complexity. While the palate has generous fruit weight and velvety tannins, it is balanced with refreshing acidity and a structure that gives the wine classic North Canterbury tension and pinosity.

Land that was once a high country sheep station is now a flourishing vineyard. Sheep and rabbits co-existed on the land for quite some time but the sheep couldn't keep up with the nocturnal activity of the rabbits, and in the end were driven off the land. Rabbits now run free on the vineyard and fuelled by high altitude Pinot Noir, some are reputed to be the size of ponies, but that's another story... The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Noir is made in a very soft, fruit forward, low tannin style - a wine to be savoured and supped, rather than an assault on the senses.
