The palate is crisp and plush, with baked apple, nectarine and tropical fruit, finishing with subtle white spice and a silky texture. Nicely chilled this wine is perfect as an aperitif or delicious with lighter meats, Asian meals and pasta dishes.

Cinsault brings a delicate, silky texture, along with flavors of pink grapefruit and a hint of tart cranberry.
