The prime objective of Cecilia Beretta estate is to recapture the force and personality of the traditional wines of the Valpolicella and Soave areas, which are the precious products of zones with distinctive - and indeed unique - histories and wine cultures. This Soave is obtained only from vineyards of Brognoligo at the heart of Soave Classica.

A dry and textured style which capitalises on Sangiovese's delicious 'sweet' core of sour cherry fruit.

Rock Angel is made from grapes primarily from the Vineyards of Chateau d'Esclans in addition to the most choice Vineyards in the vicinity of the Esclans Valley and nearby in the Cotes de Provence region. Rich and racy on the palate. The use of partial oak aging adds a creamy feel and texture to this wine, and the flinty minerality embues it with another layer of complexity. Delicate red berry aromas with mineral notes, along with floral hints and a subtle spice. Powerful and elegant. Firm acidity with a long and silky finish.

Whispering Angel is today's worldwide reference for Provence rosé. Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), its pale colour is pleasing to the eye and draws one in. Found in 1897, Church Road combines traditional winemaking techniques with modern thinking and innovation to craft premium, complex wines. This creamy textured Hawke's Bay Chardonnay is unashamedly just a little bit old school. Ripe peach, tropical fruit and fragrant citrus notes are enhanced by toasty oak, wild fermentation, full malolactic and regular yeast lees string. This approach delivers layers of flavour reminiscent of toasted brioche, roasted hazelnut and sizzle butter.

A fuller bodied Chardonnay balanced by gentle, fresh acidity and a spine of slate-like minerality. Fresh zesty citrus and citrus blossom notes are to the fore with riper, richer stonefruit underlying and providing extra depth. The fruit is overlaid with complexities of roasted nuts, toasted brioche, and a hint of struck flint and gun smoke. Already drinking exceptionally well, with age the wine will develop more complex, savoury nuttiness and will gain breadth and richness on the palate.

Gwen Pinot Gris is a dry, fresh and mineral driven wine with exceptional length and finesse on the palate. On the nose, the wine is reminiscent of ripe autumn orchard fruit, lifted by notes of honeysuckle with a savoury complexity and subtle minerality providing depth and interest. Match with a range of fresh salads, seafood, poultry and cold cuts.
