Astrolabe's Marlborough Rosé is a blend from across multiple Marlborough sub-regions. It's pretty pale peach blush colour comes from minimised skin contact. On the nose you'll find apricot, peach and orange blossom. The palate is fresh and dry with bright red apple, red current and rose petal. A stylish, fresh and dry-style Rosé that is excellent as an aperitif or matched with prosciutto wraped melon, buttermilk-fried cauliflower, and delicate fish with sea salt.

The Winemaker range showcases elements other than pure fruit, crafted with texture, complexity and ageworthiness in mind.
