Château Clarke has a beautiful crimson colour with a deep purple rim. Deep garnet, Clarke presents a nose of great complexity, both ripe and spicy, minty and finely toasted. When aired, notes of Morello cherries, thyme and vanilla complete this rich and intense palette. On the palate, the attack is ample, smooth and very fresh.

Full bodied with black plum and red berry fruit flavours are enhanced by the Bourbon oak ageing which lead to caramel, maple syrup and wood derived spice and flavour notes.

Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through Barossa Valley Wine Company's historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. This wine shows vibrant plum and blackberry characters on the nose with hints of chocolate and earthiness flow through to a rich, bold palate packed with dark fruit flavours. Juicy and fruit driven, powerful yet elegant and with hints of black pepper spice through the mid-palate lead to a rich, velvety tannin finish.

Bijou Terre de Providence has a delicate pale pink colour. Our rosé offers delicious flavour and aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus notes. The palate is light and fresh while full-flavoured. There is crisp refreshing acidity that leads to a long delicate finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine such as salads and seafood, especially shellfish.

The la collina vineyard is a steep, terraced and incline planted hillside vineyard on the North/Northwest facing slopes of Roys Hill, west of Hastings, Hawke's Bay. The hillside is protected from the cooling effects of the southerly winds and during the growing season the vine-yard is bathed in sunshine. The hillside terraces are planted to Syrah (and a few other interesting Varieties) whilst the lower slopes and Gravels flat are planted to Chardonnay and Viognier/Marsanne/Roussanne. The 2021 growing season was the third leg of a Hawke's Bay winning trifecta; dry and warm and all round, a great season. The fruit was hand harvested in perfect condition over two days in early April. The perfect condition of the fruit allowed for the inclusion of some whole bunches in the fermentation. The wine was fermented in open top fermenta-tion vessels, pressed at dryness and transferred to barriques where the wine remained for 20 months.

Depth and personality from the Shiraz with notes of rain on hot gravel, clove and citrus. Rich fruit flavour with a fine chalky finish.
