Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels wines are crafted from vineyards within this small, sub-region of Hawke's Bay. Deposited by a wandering river, these unique, stony soils create exceptional wines of character and personality. Gimblett Gravels Syrah is a rich and concentrated red, offering perfumed aromas of ripe black fruits, savoury spice, liquorice, and Provençal herbs. The palate is silky and succulent, layered with depth and complexity, leading to a lingering, spicy finish. Medium bodied in style, soft, round, and smooth fleshy palate. It has sweet fruit flavours of plum, berries, and milk chocolate on the finish.
