The bouquet is fragrant and bursting with fruit notes. It shows clean aromas of apples, pears, and citrus, accompanied by hints of wisteria. Crisp, clean, and delicate with fine bubbles on the palate. Intense flavours of apples and peaches lead to a pleasant finish with lingering fruit and floral notes.

Ruffino Sparkling Rosé is fresh and fragrant with notes of strawberry and slight hints of rose petals. On the palate this wine has elegant bubbles and refreshing acidity, offering alluring flavours of delicate red berries and white fruits that linger through the finish.

The emblem of the Ruinart taste, Chardonnay is the very soul of Ruinart. The grape, mainly harvested from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs, is at the heart of all our cuvées. The blend is 100% Chardonnay from various years (20 to 25% of which are reserve wines from the 2 previous years). It is an excellent complement to seafood and shellfish; perfect with a sea bass or bream tartare. Packaged in the Ruinart 'second skin' - a 100% paper case, moulded to the shape of bottle, protecting the wine from light strike, reducing their carbon foot print by 60%.

Free spirit in a bottle - SAINT X captures the free and authentic spirit of the Mediterranean. On the palate, this Rosé is refreshingly crisp and lively. The Grenache imparts a juicy, red-fruited core with flavors of ripe cherries and red currants. Syrah contributes a gentle spiciness, with notes of white pepper and a touch of lavender. Cinsault brings a delicate, silky texture, along with flavors of pink grapefruit and a hint of tart cranberry. A small but important addition of Viognier and Rolle complete the wine with some floral aromas of white blossoms and hints of apricots. A perfect balance of freshness, precision and spontaneity.

Sandeman Beat is a Port wine with a very fresh and aromatic profile, ideal for serving in cocktails. It is a highly versatile drink, making it suitable for numerous occasions. Bright-looking, citrine coloured wine, with golden nuances. Aroma of good intensity, with a predominance of ripe white fruits, notes of tropical fruit and slightly floral. It is balanced on the palate, with a very well-integrated acidity, with a presence of white fruits and a good harmonious finish.
